This cake is a lemon-lovers delight! Maybe it is just me, but the filling flavors got a little lost in the lemon, but I do love the rainbow beauty of the layers. I will stick to my top choices: peach, strawberry, and the classic caramel cakes. However, if you really like lemon, the Rainbow cake is just right for you.
